Rumors are heating up about the LEGO Icons 2025 Modular Building lineup! Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat has dropped some preliminary intel on one forthcoming modular set. Set number 10350 is an 18+ LEGO Icons release, contains 3,266 pieces and will retail for $229.99 / €229.99 / £199.99. It’s reportedly launching on December 1, 2024, which would support a developing trend for these modular buildings launching in December rather than January.
2023 [LEGO Modular Building, 10326 Natural History] With its release, immediately became the biggest among all modular sets. This probably worked well and urged LEGO to continue a similar strategy of launching in December to let fans enjoy new builds before the holiday season.
Modular Building 10350 should be a more detailed design, even with fewer pieces compared to 10326. While its predecessor occupied two baseplates, the new set will fit within one baseplate, given its relatively cheaper price. The price has been brought in line with the LEGO Modular Building 10312 Jazz Club.
The official theme of the LEGO Icons 2025 Modular Building remains, as yet, a complete mystery. If LEGO continues its recent trend, then a new corner building will join the ranks. The previous corner building, 10297 Boutique Hotel, had 200 fewer pieces, which may indicate that 10350 will be a fairly detailed build.
